Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa, Climping – Flooring Installation
We were appointed to carry out the supply and installation of new flooring throughout Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa in Climping, a prestigious country house hotel set within historic surroundings. The project required a high level of craftsmanship to ensure the finished floors complemented the hotel’s refined interiors while meeting the practical demands of a luxury hospitality and spa environment.
Our works were completed across key guest areas, delivering a durable and elegant flooring solution designed to withstand high footfall while maintaining comfort and visual appeal. The Black Horse Restaurant & Rooms

As part of the extensive refurbishment of the historic Black Horse in Climping, we were commissioned to supply and install new flooring throughout the restaurant and guest accommodation. Working within a Grade II-listed 17th-century building, the project required careful attention to detail to ensure the finished floors complemented the character of the pub while meeting the demands of a busy hospitality environment.
The installation was carried out across the main restaurant areas and all guest rooms, delivering a durable, high-quality finish designed to withstand heavy footfall while maintaining a warm and welcoming aesthetic. Our work formed a key part of the venue’s transformation ahead of its reopening, contributing to a cohesive, high-end interior throughout both public and private spaces.
